Feminine Embodied Yoga
Description: Many women devote so much of their time to caring for others while neglecting their own needs. Even in yoga practice we often try to adapt our bodies to an outer form instead of modifying poses to benefit our own inner journey.
In this empowering practice specifically for women's unique bodies, each class will include breath work, strengthening poses, restorative stretches, and calming meditation designed to nourish the feminine spirit and create community. You are encouraged to tune in to your body and trust your own experience.
